The San Francisco BART Kiosk Redesign

Among other things, BART is known for its notoriously unusable kiosks. How might we enable new and regular users to add or edit fare amounts by making the kiosk intuitive and quicker?

The proposed interactive system envisioned assists new users in finding the destination station by serving up a better location search experience, and by helping commuters refill their tickets by creating a faster ticket-buying experience.
