Conversation Is More Than Just Talk
Tuesday October 24
Paul Pangaro will host a conversation with CCA students about conversational interfaces, chat bots, and the future of interaction design. He will outline a model of conversation that helps focus any design process when the goal is to engage users in a useful relationship, to build trust, and even to enable collaboration between human and machine.
Paul’s prior talk about conversational interfaces can be viewed here.
