Sharon Green is a change enabler, educator, and researcher in leadership, communication, learning, and ethics. She is passionate about the process of identifying, designing, convening, facilitating, and enabling local and systemic change for social and ecological well-being. She is engaged in research about fun and play at work, organizational learning, and honorable innovation. Sharon was a founding faculty member of the CCA Design Strategy MBA program and serves as a member of the DMBA Advisory Board. She has taught leadership, management, communication, and organizational development as a Professor of Management at California State University East Bay and as an Adjunct Faculty Member at St. Mary’s College, and she has led leadership development programs in Hong Kong and Moscow.
Sharon is President of SLG Consulting, a strategic leadership and team development company working with individuals and groups in private, public, and nonprofit settings, and is currently a senior advisor for a video production startup. Sharon has served on numerous nonprofit boards and facilitated collaborative engagement among nonprofits in support of community development.
